Estoy escribiendo este blog para practicar mi español. Por supuesto mi preceptora lo ha corregido antes de ponerlo en internet.
Hola!! Qué tal gente bonita? Hay unas cosas que necesito decirles. Primero: HACE CALOR. Nunca en mi vida tuve tanto calor. Hoy hay 111 grados fahrenheit y no puedo decribirlo. Siempre estoy sudando, y recueden, no podemos llevar shorts en nuestras clases. Entonces, ahora soy una chica de vestidos. Segundo: No puedo dormir con este calor. Quizas logro tres o cuatro horas de sueño cada noche, nada más. El calor es horrible.
Bueno, suficiente lamento. Qué es lo fantástico sobre mi vida en Argentina? Estoy acá! Nada más ahorita. Mañana voy a levantarme a las cuatro para ir al Concepción del Uruguay para renovar mi visa. Tengo exámenes la próxima semana y todavía estoy sufriendo en Gramática Avanzada 2 y Literatura. Me faltan horas en el día para completar todo lo que necesito!
Pero, no importa. Ahora, voy a caminar para mi ejercicio y después a dormir. Extraño a mi familia, los Estados Unidos y Union mucho está semana. Los amo mis amigos!

Hi! How are you beautiful people? There are some things I need to tell you. First of all: It is HOT. Never in my life have I been this hot. Today it was 111 degrees fahrenheit and I can't describe it. I am always sweating, and remember, we can't wear shorts to class. So, now I am a girl of dresses. Second of all: I can't sleep in this heat. I get maybe three or four hours of sleep each night, none more. The heat is horrible.
Ok, enough complaining. What is fantastic about my life in Argentina? I am here! Nothing much else right now. Tomorrow I have to get up at four in the morning to go to Consepción del Uruguay to renew my visa. I have tests next week and I'm still suffering in Advanced Grammar 2 and Literature. There aren't enough hours in the day to do all I need to!
Anyway, now I am going to walk for my exercise and afterwards, sleep. This week I have been missing my family, the United States, and Union a LOT. I love you my friends!
I don't miss the heat or full regalia but it is something about the hardest of times that make them the most fond of memories. Cherish it now before it becomes that distant dream/memory :)

DeleteMi hija: No te desperas. Es normal hechar de menos a tu hogar y familia, pero a veces es necesario para crecer. Y tu estás creciendo, ya se nota! Si te ayuda, puedo decirte que no hay nada de calor en estas partes; en Lincoln es menos cero, y ademas hay viento! Aqui ahorita, hace un viento feroz y tenemos como 3 grados...que cosa! Podemos cambiar o compartir la clima? :) Sigas en los estudios y los amistades porque el tiempo va a acabar bien rapido y pronto vas a extrañar a Argentina y todos que amas por allá. Animo, chica. Te amo, y Dios te ama y te cuida! <3

DeleteOhhh que español!!! Muy bien amiga! No puedo creer que es 111 grados allá... y no quiero recordar como sentí en esos días... es excelente el fin del próximo trimestre porque hace frío! Entonces, tenga ganas de ese trimestre :)

I'm trying to imagine our walk through Phoenix with Grandma...all day and night. Rough. Keep it up hermana and I'm always proud to say I'm your little bro, no matter what. Love you.
